Just finished a new print series featuring northwest waterfalls. there are literally hundreds of waterfalls in oregon. this is just a small sampling of all the natural beauty of my hometown. they are selling for $40 each or $220 for entire set of 6. you can view more right here.

Great Year So Far...

My hat is tipped for dedicated bloggers...I've been way behind on my posts! The year took off like gangbusters and I couldn't be happier. I thrive when at my busiest.

The forest prints have been amazingly successful, almost completely sold out! And they inspired some custom prints for the toney Multnomah Athletic Club. A new diptych print is headed up to Seattle for its new home at red160 condominium. And color schemes for a new line of rugs are being dyed as we speak. If all goes well the line will launch this fall.

On a personal note Portland is having its best spring ever so I've been getting dirty in the garden, transplanting, seeding the raised bed and adding a Japanese Snowbell.

I was recently invited to collaborate on a piece for the Portland Art in the Pearl show happening this weekend. My good friend, metal artist Rebecca Scheer, decided to work in a medium neither of us had much experience in. Incredible fun being exposed to something completely new. I look forward to experimenting more with glass soon.

Art in the Pearl happens this labor day weekend and proceeds from the artist collaboration series goes to Sisters of the Road cafe to feed the homeless.

I just finished designing 2 large prints for Sinju Sushi's newest location in Portland at Clackamas Town Center. I really enjoy custom projects. I get to create pieces that are different from my normal line (different mediums and sizes) and appreciate the challenge of designing work that relates to and supports a specific environment. I'm hoping to have better quality pics soon...I'm not so skilled at photographing art.
